Hello,
I use maildrop as Mail Delivery Agent (MDA). Maildrop can filter through external applications, often used for spam filtering.
My idea is a program which can be used as a mailing list manager this way. It takes mails from stdin, acts upon (subscribe, unsubscribe) and distributes.
Most full-fledged mailing list managers require root permissions to set up and modifications on the MTA, this would not be necessary this way.
Anyone knows about such an applicaton in existence?
