Periodic Lag spikes
I'm not sure what's causing this, but when I ping google, it jumps up to 1000ms every ~5 iterations.
Can someone help me figure this out?

There are many options.
- ping something else
- if it happens with other servers it could be something with your connection
- using a cheap router? those can do strange things.
- using wifi? maybe your wifi driver is acting up
- try a different kernel version
