Use iftop as User ?

Hi, I it possible to run iftop as user ?

I just put it in my sudoers file with nopasswd for everyone in the wheel group. It is not exactly what you are after, but for me it works just fine.

Edit: It will run when launched by a normal user if you add the sticky bit to its permissions.
