Welcome to the Arch forums!
Your post does a good job providing a very basic idea of what is going on, but unfortunately not much more than that. More information is required in order to properly diagnose this issue. You should check if there are error messages in the journal, or any other indications as to why things might be failing. Your computer typically makes an attempt at telling you what is going wrong.
From what you have posted though, it kind of sounds like you are trying to use two network management services at the same time. If you use wifi-menu, you are essentially using the ncurses front end to netctl. Netctl is basically just a collection of scripts that wrap the most basic networking tools. If this is in use, then networkmanager is bound to fail as you then have two services competing (and likely failing) to control that hardware.
Check to see if you have more than one service trying to handle things. You can run systemctl with no arguments to see everything that systemd wants to start. Though if you use systemctl --type=service then you can have it tell you only about services (as opposed to all unit types, like mount, automount, device, socket files and more).

About more info, i try to get the log, but i have not a log in /var/log/message.log . I try to whit systeamctl disable netctl and enable NetworkManager, and the restart and nothing. Like you told me i had netctl in the active daemons but even when i disable the problem persist. If you wanna tell me where i can found the log on nm i post it.

You should check if there are error messages in the journal...
If you are going to use a DIY distribution that uses systemd as its init system, you should learn how to use systemd and its tools. Fortunately, we have a wiki.
