question about pcmciautils/pcmcia-cs
laptop ibm thinkpad600e, old xircom cardbus realport 10/100, module xirc2ps-cs
kenel 2.6.13.4-3 (arch stock)
when I use pcmciautils instead pcmcia-cs
#dmesg
cs: warning: no high memory space available!
cs: unable to map card memory!
cs: unable to map card memory!
#ifconfig eth0 up
eth0: unknown interface: No such device
How can I set up this card with pcmciautils?
Card works fine with pcmcia-cs.
Should I use pcmcia-cs or pcmciautils?

I am getting the same error, when inserting my 3com pcmcia atmel card. The problem started after I updated my system today, it worked before that. I was already using pcmciautils when it worked. I have google'd some info, and understood that it may be something wrong with my /etc/pcmcia/config.opts, but I don't know what to do with it? Or does anyone have any other suggestion.
