Any ideas how to fix this so I don't need to reconnect the mouse? I think it might be something with USB 3 support...

Re: Mouse Freeze

I had the same problem with the same mouse, and solved it by replacing the mouse (the cable got loose). Check with another mouse.

Re: Mouse Freeze

I have dual boot with Windows 8.1 and there everything is OK hmm maybe it's not the mouse problem, but Linux kernel? No?

Re: Mouse Freeze

Well, I dual boot with Windows 7. Again, the same situation, there were mouse lockups in Linux, Windows was working fine, until it completely stopped working. I guess linux is more sensitive smile. Just replace the mouse. it's not that it;s some high-end mouse.
