Can't connect to cups server after server wakes up from suspend

Setting: cups server is installed on a NAS server and printer is directly connected to the NAS. There is no problem from clients to print to that printer. However, if NAS is waked up from suspend or hibernate (because of the location of the NAS that I have to put it in sleep some time), client is no longer accessible to the cups service on NAS (http://192.168.xx.xx:631 is not available) while 'systemctl status cups' shows everything is fine. The NAS has a static IP address.

Questions: why do server and client see cups service differently after NAS wake-up? How to solve it?

Thanks.
