Missing sound on hdmi (nVidia)

Hello,

I already mentioned my problem but I could live without HDMI sound output. However, today I tried again to get HDMI audio output working by following everything that was written in the HDMI Audio on NVIDIA GPUs document.

For testing the outputs I used the speaker-test utility with -D hw,1,{3,7,8,9}. I have three monitors connected, two of them via HDMI and one via DVI. I want output on my TV which is one of the HDMI monitors. Of course I am using the nvidia binary driver and my X server is running. The module "snd_hda_codec_hdmi" is loaded and all outputs (and the TV) are unmuted.

My graphics card is a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 650 (output of "sudo lspic -vvv"):

Where is the problem? I don't know what to do to make sound work. Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks for your help!
