I've tried to connect a Wi-Fi service by following command:
sudo wifi-menu
And I have entered wrong password 3 times. After I found correct password, when I do above command it gets me :
Job for netctl@wlp9s0\x2dmobinnet72c7.service failed. See 'systemctl status netctl@wlp9s0\x2dmobinnet72c7.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
Any helps would be awesome.

OK, did you check the status and journalctl?
Also, can you connect manually? i.e. using the profile in /etc/netctl/ and
sudo netctl start foo-profile
