Long time of a connection

Hello,

I'would like to speed up estabilishing my connection, after I boot or wake up my laptop. Now it takes about ~20 sec. Here is dmesg after waking laptop up (only relevant parts):

I guess that is is because of IPv6, so I tried to disable it booting with "ipv6.disable=1" parametr on kernel line, but nothing changed. Thank you
