Internet Slow Speeds

I'm having just 5-6 mbps in my connection.
Testing over windows I get 11.3 (my ISP provides me up to 12)
I'm right now using Wicd, before with NetworkManager (but somehow it doesnt work with my usb adapter rt2800usb), anyway using netctl still is giving me slow speeeds
I had dnsmasq activated but not anymore so I can't find any reason why I'm getting this problem.

@axelectrik, considering that you have been around these forums for two years now, and you only ever seek help, you should know by now that a post like that is not nearly enough information to actually get any kind of useful response.
