Hi,
my problem is that I don't get a ip-address over my lan-port if I used it before. Only if I use a new port on the router I get a ip address. The output of the journal is following:

my software versions are:
netctl 1.4-2
nettle 2.7.1-1
network-manager-applet 0.9.8.8-1
networkmanager 0.9.8.8-3
dhcpcd 6.2.1-1
And my kernel is:
Linux EARTHBASE 3.13.5-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Feb 23 00:25:24 CET 2014 x86_64 GNU/Linux
With Windows and other Linux distributions it works.
Any ideas what I should do?

my problem is that I don't get a ip-address over my lan-port if I used it before.
What do you mean by used it before? Do you mean in another OS, or before suspend/hibernate etc.
Also, try using dhcpcd directly.

I connect a cable to a port on the router for the first time. I recieve an ip-address and everything works. The next day on the same port I don't get an ip-address. I use a other port and i get an ip-address.
It only happens with arch linux. All other pc and laptops run with different linux distributions (debian, ubuntu) and or windows, they don't have this problem.

@ mealejan, since it only happens with Arch Linux, I suspect it is because of systemd.
You might try disabling predictable device naming of the network interfaces. Take a look here:

This didn't work.

I tried I think everything.
with ipv6 set to link local and not
with dhclient and dhcpcd
with with ipv6 deactivated
with old networknames and new (eth0 vs enp0s25)
I can't get any ip-address over my intel 1000 network interface
Anything else that I should try?
