[SOLVED] VA-API/VDPAU don't work

Hello Archers.

I recently have to completely reinstall my computer, an Alienware M17xR4, Intel i7 SandyBridge with Intel HD400 graphics and an Nvidia 660M as the discret graphic card.
Almost everything works fine, exept I can't read any videos, with VLC nor with Totem.

I have configure both va-api and vdpau following the wiki informations (which worked perfecly during my previous installation).

If I launch vlc in command line, I obtain this output when using VA-API:

libva info: VA-API version 0.34.0
libva info: va_getDriverName() returns 0
libva info: User requested driver 'vdpau'
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/vdpau_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_0_33
[VS] Software VDPAU backend library initialized
libva info: VA-API version 0.34.0
libva info: va_getDriverName() returns 0
libva info: User requested driver 'vdpau'
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/vdpau_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_0_33

and this one when using VDPAU:

[VS] Software VDPAU backend library initialized
libva info: VA-API version 0.34.0
libva info: va_getDriverName() returns 0
libva info: User requested driver 'vdpau'
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/vdpau_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_0_33

I tried to uninstall VDPAU and only use VA-API, without any succes.

By the way, Bumblebee with bbswitch and primus work perfectly, so it doesn't seem to be a driver problem.

Re: [SOLVED] VA-API/VDPAU don't work

I find the answer: as I have two graphic cards, I installed both libva-intel-driver (for the intel integrated card) and libva-vdpau-driver (for the discrete nvidia card).
Except that it cannot work as explained here.

Removing libva-vdpau-driver and its environment variable solved the problem.
