Subversion problems with self signed certs.

With the update of subversion to 1.8.8 it now requires serf 1.3.4 to work properly with self signed certs.
With the current versions in the repository it fails with:

Error validating server certificate for 'url':
- The certificate has an unknown error.

Resolved with the new version of serf in [testing]
