edge router config advertising both IPv6 ULA and delegated prefixes

I am trying to configure an edge router to advertise both a persistant ULA prefix and a global delegated prefix as mandated by IETF RFC 7084 .

Does anyone know how to resolve the following two issues?

1) How do i assign an address from the delegated prefix to the routers lan port? Maybe a dhcp client hook? Does a such a hook already exist for either dhcpcd or dhclient?

2) How do i get radvd to advertise a /64 from the delegated prefix on the lan port? If 1) can be solved it appears possible to use the radvd special prefix ::/64 for this, but the options advertised for the delegated prefix would then be the same as for the ULA prefix. This is not appropriate, as the ULA prefix must be always available whereas the delegated prefix must be invalidated on loss of the upstream link. So do I need yet another dhcp client hook to rewrite radvd.conf on upstream advertisement or link changes?

Any insights would be much appreciated.
