Simultaneous Dual Band Devices and Netctl

I've got a simultaneous dual-band capable router as well as several simultaneous dual-band NICs. How does one setup a netctl profile to choose to use the "BGN"/2.4GHz band, the "AN"/5GHz band or both concurrently?
