Tiled kdm login fix for optimus

I have taken a script from ubuntu I found highly useful to get optimus and the displaymanager working properly.

The script needs to be sourced in /etc/lightdm.conf or /usr/share/config/kdm/Xsetup

I don't know about gdm though, but it works well with both lightdm or kdm, and fixes couple of issues you get with resolution or tiling, if you use the advice in arch wiki to call xrandr eg in ~.xinitrc
