Deluge drops all currently added torrents

I had roughly 300 separate torrents added in deluge (running daemonized as a systemd system service as the user "deluge" on a dedicated fileserver), and earlier today, I shutdown my server due to a power outtage (It's on a UPS so it was still a clean shutdown). Afterward I rebooted the server, and all of my torrents are no longer added to deluge - which isn't a huge deal, most of them were paused from many months ago; however I re-add the more important as well as newer ones, and I had some permissions errors (My fault, I played with the permissions on my Public share directory for Samba clients), so I fixed that, and decided I'd make sure it wasn't doing anything funky, so I restarted deluged and deluge-web; and poof, all of my torrents are gone. The log in /srv/deluge/.config doesn't yield anything meaningful that I can see (it's actually only one line, currently, and the current line refers to port binding)

All of my torrents (obviously stored by hash instead of their original filename) are still in /srv/deluge/.config/deluge/state, and all of that looks normal. Has anybody else experienced this issue? Have you found a fix?
