Today I updated whole system, but after update my browsers (firefox and konqueror) are not able to open http sites. I'm only able to open https sites. Everything was working fine before the update. But I'm able to ping both https and http sites:

Does curl work? What does `curl http://google.com` output? Also; please post the exact error-message you are getting with Firefox/Konqueror.
Offline
I'm getting NOTHING, no error message no output(both with browser and curl).
Offline
Okay, what does `curl -v http://google.com` output?

Looks like it is trying to use ipv6, but fails. If you don't have ipv6, the easiest workaround may be to just disable it. Alternatively, dig into that direction for a "proper" fix.

I use usb modem for Internet connection , so I think I'm not using ipv4. I've disabled it but still the problem continues.
EDIT:
I meant IPv6.

I don't know whether it's of any use or not, but wireshark is showing a lots of "Tcp Retransmission" errors when I try to open http sites.

Confirm you meant IPv6

Yes you are right. I meant IPv6

Do you have any proxies set up? This would include TOR.
Please post the output of ip addr and of ip route
You mentioned an Internet Modem. Is it also a router? Do you have a separate router?
Are you running this as a virtual machine, or are you running on real hardware?
Look at the output of traceroute 173.194.36.40 (Caution, that command may reveal more about you than you choose to post here.) See if your packets follow a sane path to Google.
Have you tried rebooting your modem (and router)?

I don't use any proxy.

I'm using a phone usb modem and I'm on a real hardware.
And for traceroute output I would like to tell that I don't have that package installed neither can I install it(beacuse all the mirrors in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist uses http).

Wait I just installed traceroute from https mirror. Here is the output:

PPP is not my strong suit. It looks like things are working. My next thought is firewalls. Are you running IPTABLES? IS anything blocked? Look at the output of iptables -L (as root)
After that, I am out of ideas

I had thought the same so i deleted all the file in /etc/iptables/ . Don't know whether I did it right or wrong. Here the output :
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
