I recently installed Arch+ratpoison on HP touchsmart 11 netbook. No network manager.
After an updating, the command :
# ip link set wlo1 up (my wireless name is "wlo1")
return this error below:
RTNETLINK answers: Input/output error
how can I fix it?

it's strange, it's ok now after two or three times reboot and connecting wired connection.
just connecting wired connection and rebooting fixed my problem, I think.
