I am not 100% sure, but I believe this happened after some perl update?
Well
[root@Spand03xSerber ~]# sudo /etc/rc.d/webmin start
:: Starting Webmin daemon [FAIL]
This is the errors I get when I start it "manually":
[root@Spand03xSerber loke]# /etc/webmin/start
Starting Webmin server in /opt/webmin

Try reinstalling perl.
Offline
[root@Spand03xSerber loke]# pacman -Rs perl
error: this will break the following dependencies:
perl: is required by automake
perl: is required by groff
perl: is required by procinfo
perl: is required by webmin
Offline
pacman -S perl is the right command

Didn't really thought of using that as reinstall.. but it works
[loke@Spand03xSerber ~]$ sudo /etc/rc.d/webmin start
:: Starting Webmin daemon [DONE]
[loke@Spand03xSerber ~]$
