cannot acces (http://freedns.afraid.org/) redirected to localhost

I have been experiencing a strange problem since today. I just cannot seem to acces the free dns website to update my domain name. It is something really weird. Tyring to connect from my Arch linux installation at home redirects me to localhost in which i have an apache web server. In other computer i just renders a 404. Todays morning i detected the error and i thought the website was down for a while but i checked in the internet and the site is up.

Weird enough i tried using Tor browser to connect to free dns, and is is working the site is in fact up, so i suspect something is blocking me from accesing the website. This is weird enough and troubling because i have lost connection with my small bussines server. I cannot update my domain. is there something i can do about it? , Did i miised something in some config file maybe in the router or something? Any of you is experiencing problems?

EDIT: Just to clarify. other sites are working fine.

Does `curl -v` show the same problem? If it does, what is its output?
