Applications like Pidgin, Mousepad, Gimp are crashing when trying to input some text. I noticed this in Xfce session when trying to rearrange xfce4-panels. Same happened in Gnome-shell with GTK2 applications (Pidgin, Mousepad, Gimp...) but GTK3 (Empathy, gnome-music, gnome-terminal...) applications work fine.
This started to happen about same time after this upgrade:

What more info can I give you to help? I'm still newbie.
I'm sorry my first post is about problem and not some solution. ![]()

libxcursor-1.1.14-2 has been causing segfaults for some people: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/40658 https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=182343
Try downgrading to 1.1.14-1
pacman -U --asdeps /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libxcursor-1.1.14-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xzOffline

Yes, that's it. Thank you! I will remeber to look in Bugtracker next time.
