tarek_said_info: It doesn't fix the issue, it's a workaround, and it makes some things noticeably slower. (Such as dragging around WINE 3D gaming windows on a 4k desktop)
Today's update to Linux 3.15.1 and nvidia 337.25-3 has had no effect on this issue.

Today's update to nvidia 340.24-1 is promising. Playing a GL game right now on another virtual desktop, no problems so far.
