Slow 3G Connection

Hi all. I spent all day researching internet to find solution to my problem. Unfortunately I failed
Sometimes I've got need to use mobile internet connection, when I go outside the city to the village. It's good that my local mobile providers are available here well. One is even free of charge

I want to use mobile phone Nokia C2-01 as my modem. It has no 4G but 3G is working well on it.

I try to connect in several ways:
* Bluetooth with wvdial
* USB with wvdial
* USB with networkmanager

There is absolutely no difference in result at all. I tried many different wvdial configs and it's always the same.

When I run Opera Mini on mobile phone and use testmy.net, I have nice result - It's ~3.6Mbps download - That's enough for my needs while I'm here
When I run the same test on my Chromium i have ~360Kbps - ten times less ;( This speed is very regular.
I tried different sim cards form other operators - always the same speed.

My ping result looks like:

64 bytes from fra02s19-in-f5.1e100.net (173.194.113.5): icmp_seq=2 ttl=51 time=171 ms
64 bytes from fra02s19-in-f5.1e100.net (173.194.113.5): icmp_seq=3 ttl=51 time=170 ms
64 bytes from fra02s19-in-f5.1e100.net (173.194.113.5): icmp_seq=4 ttl=51 time=167 ms
64 bytes from fra02s19-in-f5.1e100.net (173.194.113.5): icmp_seq=5 ttl=51 time=171 ms
64 bytes from fra02s19-in-f5.1e100.net (173.194.113.5): icmp_seq=6 ttl=51 time=162 ms

What's curious - I tried to use my dad's phone Huawei SRS WOW and It's exactly the same speed!
I didn't check if I can achieve higher speed on Windows YET, because I don't have installed any...

Have someone any idea?

Update: I tried use this phone on Windows (VirtualBox). It's the same. Connection manger shows 480Kbps connection. I cannot find any info it it's max speed of this modem.

Update: I finally found, that there is only 480kbps modem in this phone. That's nonsense, because connection speed in phone is up to 4mbps...
