samba: user cannot access neither linux nor windows

Hi. there are two computers. computer A with windows7 and computer B with linux that can see one another in workgroup. the problem is when the user of computer B (linux) tries to access computer A, a password is demanded. Also, when computer A (windows7) tries to access B, a password and a user are demanded. Well, an user has been created with samba (the same user that has the  linux account, which means user "cezar"). The password has also been changed with samba. But when it is tried to access computer A from linux, and the user "cezar" and the password are informed, there is a message which says "cezar" cannot access computer A. Also, if "cezar" and the password changed for "cezar" are informed, there is the same message saying it nos allowed to access computer B from A.

I would like to share the configurations below:

[root@arch cezar]# smbclient -L arch -U%
Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 4.1.8]

        Sharename       Type      Comment
        ---------       ----      -------
        IPC$            IPC       IPC Service (Samba Server)
Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 4.1.8]

        Server               Comment
        ---------            -------
        ARCH                 Samba Server
        FERNANDO-PC

        Workgroup            Master
        ---------            -------
        WORKGROUP            FERNANDO-PC
[root@arch cezar]#

I shall explain that arch corresponds to computer B with linux and fernando-pc corresponds to computar A with windows7
