[SOLVED] Can't get dual monitor setup working using nvidia drivers.
I've been using a dual monitor setup using the nouveau drivers for a while. This works fine.
After switching to the proprietary nvidia drivers one of my monitors (DVI-I-0) remains off.
$ xranrd

DVI-I-0 connected primary (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)

DVI-I-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)This is how I normally enable the setup:
xrandr --output DVI-I-0 --right-of VGA-0I'm at a loss about what could be wrong. Can anybody provide some hints?

Hmm, after juggling the DVI connector the monitor suddenly started working. The cable must be damaged. Strange that it did work with nouveau.
