Ethernet ping increases

I have wired ethernet connection between two Linux machines (Arch & Gentoo), normal ping after connection equals 0.3 ms. When I used wicd daemon for connection it worked fine, but when i used systemd-networkd I got problem. Some time passes and ping grows up to 500 ms, all ssh connections break. Restarting service solves problem.

Unit file written by way described in Arch wiki:

/etc/conf.d/network@interface

address=192.168.0.15
netmask=24
broadcast=192.168.0.255
gateway=192.168.0.1

Create a systemd unit file:

/etc/systemd/system/network@.service

[Unit]
Description=Network connectivity (%i)
Wants=network.target
Before=network.target
BindsTo=sys-subsystem-net-devices-%i.device
After=sys-subsystem-net-devices-%i.device

[Service]
Type=oneshot
RemainAfterExit=yes
EnvironmentFile=/etc/conf.d/network@%i

ExecStart=/usr/bin/ip link set dev %i up
ExecStart=/usr/bin/ip addr add ${address}/${netmask} broadcast ${broadcast} dev %i
ExecStart=/usr/bin/sh -c 'test -z ${gateway} || /usr/bin/ip route add default via ${gateway}'

ExecStop=/usr/bin/ip addr flush dev %i
ExecStop=/usr/bin/ip route flush dev %i
ExecStop=/usr/bin/ip link set dev %i down

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

Re: Ethernet ping increases

Such behavior occurs with wicd too, but not so frequently. Maybe it is network issues
