can't open applications after connect internet via HTC Desire VC

the way I can use internet is to connect via mobile phone.
every time ok with Huawei devices.
but, recently I bought HTC Desire VC and if I connect internet via HTC Desire VC (by both of Wired and Wireless), I can not open any application any more.
I am running Arch+openbox(or)ratpoison on HP 11touchsmart.

nobody seems to have problem I have.
I found something. It is wired.
I just need to restart X , after connect to my HTC Desire VC to solve my problem.
After restart X, my hostname went change to "msh@Device-8BB83B $" from "msh@localhost $"
So, this means, I can also change my hostname without restarting X after connect to my HTC device.
I knew hostname "msh@Device-8BB83B $" I need to change from accidentally restarting X.

So...
I am a bit curious that how could I find out the hostname "Device-8BB83B" I need without restarting X after connect to my HTC device.

You can check using hostnamectl or manually checking /etc/hostname
