Just to confuse things, nvidia-utils has just moved to nvidia-utils 340.32-1
Claire is fine.
Problems? I have dysgraphia, so clear and concise please.

No biggie. Arch pushed the new version of nvidia-utils and I didn't know about it until just now. Updating and should be online within 10 min.

Hi graysky!
Could you please consider adding the bbswitch module (for all the ck-* variants) to the repo? Maybe there are enough Optimus users out there to justify this...
And oh, by the way, many thanks for your work on this repo. Even if you won't add this package

You're welcome. Others have asked, but I don't have the bandwidth.
Sorry, no. Too many to maintain. Need to make some decisions.

Is there any reason why there aren't ck-westmere packages for the westmere gcc march?

Trying keep the repo streamlined... dunno how many folks would actually use them.

I also would like westmere, some time ago I used your repo in this same machine and I remember gcc telling me to use nehalem, what is the difference?
Thanks for the effort!

Would be nice considering it seems to add AES and PCLMUL instruction set support, which seem to be supported by dm-crypt (at least AES), it would probably give a speedup for encrypted partitions.

Got an update error trying to update ck-k10 and nvidia-ck-k10:
:: Starting full system upgrade...
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: nvidia-ck-k10: requires nvidia-utils=337.25
Did I miss something?
Thx for the great work Graysky!

nvidia-utils have been updated a few days ago to version 340.32-1 and the 64-bit package in the repo-ck has been updated too.
If you're using the 32-bit version, it has been removed https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 4#p1423574 , so you're on your own.

That explains it. Thank you.

By the way, if you don't like the output of wget and still want to be able to retry downloading the packages automatically, you can put the following in your pacman.conf
[repo-ck]
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
This will make pacman jump to the next server line and resume the download with the default downloading agent. Thanks to progandy for suggesting it here and to graysky for the repo!

Hello,
I'm current using linux-ck-k10 3.16.1-1 and everything is fine. If I update for 3.16.1-2 the kernel does not boot, keeps restarting after syslinux stage.

Does it happen with the ck-generic 3.16.1-2 package?

Hm, very strange. I'll definitily check my network, but a) everything else works, b) I didn't change anything and c) did repo-ck.com has worked a few hours ago for me…
But since this is obviously my own home-made problem, sorry for all the noise.

Same as cju, repo-ck.com keeps timing out since today when I check for updates on both of my computers. I can't access the site either.
EDIT: The site works but it takes a very long time to load.

Well, I kinda don't want a girlfriend who goes by a name like this.
