FULL KDE installation problem

Hi,

I want to install full KDE5 installation, do I have to install KDE4 first then kf5, kf5-aids, plasma-desktop (FROM AUR) ?

Since I installed kf5, kf5-aids, plasma-desktop first, but kdebase-workspace do not want to install (error: failed to commit transaction) (I want dolphin, kwrite... from this).

This is the important part:

kdebase-workspace: /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.kde.fontinst.policy exists in filesystem
kdebase-workspace: /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.kde.kcontrol.kcmclock.policy exists in filesystem
kdebase-workspace: /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper.policy exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

You can see what package already owns those files by using pacman

pacman -Qo /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.kde.fontinst.policy

You'll need to remove that package.

I don't want to remove plasma 5, I want a full KDE with plasma 5 desktop?

Have you tried updating plasma-desktop? It's already at version 5.0.1-1 https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/plasma-desktop/
