bluez 5 and rfkill

Hi,

I'm new to archlinux. I have 3.12.26 kernel.
I'm trying to use bluetooth and I've encountered a strange problem. I use either USB dongle on WIFO/bluetooth internal board.

When I'm using bluez5 rfkill do a software blocks of my bluetooth adapters. So

 hcitool dev

do not return any devices and rfkill list all list my software blocked USB adapter

rfkill list
0: hp-wifi: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: hp-bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
3: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
4: hci1: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no

So ran

 sudo rfkill unblock all

as written here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/bluetooth (I haven't connman installed) and now device appears

hcitool dev
Devices:
	hci1	00:1A:7D:DA:71:08

What does block bluetooth adapter? I've checked PC keys for disabling/enabling network : in all cases bluetooth adapter remains software blocked

After downgrading to bluez 4 : rfkill software block stops and plugged device are listed after startup.

I've tried this solution https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=155282 but it does not work.

So how can I get bluez 5 with all my bluetooth adapters up after startup?

Regards
