I have two OpenSSH servers: one on ArchLinux (OpenSSH 6.6) and another on FreeBSD 9.2 (OpenSSH 6.2)
When I connect to the FreeBSD server, with full debug spew (ssh -vvv user@FreeBSDhost) I can see the following output:

However, I've noticed for a year now, pretty much since I got a new router separating my client machines from my servers, that my SSH connections to the ArchLinux server (regardless of version) timeout and die after being idle for a while. The ones to the FreeBSD server do not die.
When I use ssh -vvv user@ArchHost, I do not see any keepalive messages. Even when I use ssh -vvv -o ServerAliveInterval=5 -o ServerAliveCountMax=2 user@ArchHost.
My ArchLinux sshd_config follows; I should be getting keepalives, but I am not.

I think this might be a bug in the ArchLinux package of openSSH...
