kernel issue? vsftpd will not start on zen vps

Hi,
I just am moving my servers over to a new host, and found an issue with vsftpd in this situation:
It will not start, and gives the error '500 oops: munmap'. I found a bunch of threads about that on ubuntu a few months ago, but they all pointed to kernel 3.13.something fixing the issue, and this one seems to be a different issue entire ly although still (possibly?0 a kernel issue.
The errors bleow are in the kernel.log files:

If this is indeed a kernel issue, where can I report it?
