Openssh server not supporting blowfish-cbc cipher?

I used to be able to use blowfish-cbc to log into my arch linux installation. But today it seems broken:

> ssh -c blowfish-cbc host
no matching cipher found: client blowfish-cbc server aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,aes128-gcm@openssh.com,aes256-gcm@openssh.com,chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com

I have no idea how to reenable blowfish-cbc cipher on archlinux, and Google didn't tell me anything. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
