[SOLVED] grub_real_boot_time after installation

I followed the documention:

grub-install --target=i386-pc --recheck /dev/sda
grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

But when I rebooted I get the following error:

error: symbol 'grub_real_boot_time' not found. 

I am reading this thread and some say to downgrade but I looked up downgrading and it seems complicated.

I hope anyone can help me on what I should do.

EDIT:

I just kept running those two commands and for some reason it suddenly worked.
