Marvell Wireless Bugs

I'm trying to resolve a wifi-issue.

I'm searching through the posts, bugs reports and google in general. This seems to be a fairly common issue.

Just curious though, as I am a bit new to Linux in general. Will or should kernel updates address this?
I am assuming that there isn't a proper fix yet. I'm all -Syyu updated but I still have the wifi drop connection issue.

Not sure where to turn to next. Is there something I can do to bring the wifi back manually instead of having to reboot?
It makes searching for anything a painfully annoying sometimes.
