Run Spamassasin on already existing dovecot directory

Hello,
i'm using postfix/dovecot. I know, i can integrate spamassasin into postfix, but what i'm doing with my "thausands" of already received mails? (server side IMAP via dovecot). I have spamassasign not installed from the begin.

Is there a way to run spamassasign on already received mails?
