As strange as the title may sound, it's essentially what I need to do.
For some odd reason, my new ISP-provided router supports UPnP, but completely ignores all manual port-forwardings, including DMZ. Programs like Transmission can use UPnP to open the port it needs to work without issue, but I have a TeamSpeak server which I'd like to expose to the Internet which does not appear to have any facility for utilizing UPnP (it expects that you have the ability to port-forward manually)
As much as I'd like to simply call up my ISP and request a different router, I've recently had to deal for two solid months with multiple phone calls over an issue regarding a speed upgrade, which I'm not eager to repeat.
Basically, is there a program that will let me specify a port to open, and then send a UPnP signal to my router?

@op - How to do it aside, you should consider getting a competent piece of hardware. Just google 'upnp security risks' to see why I say that.
