No internet access over bluetooth

I have paired my phone (android phone) and I have connected to the Bluetooth and I have started the internet sharing at my phone.
I have connected the phone Bluetooth internet sharing by the following command:

dbus-send --system --type=method_call --dest=org.bluez /org/bluez/hci0/dev_00_03_AA_CE_93_55 org.bluez.Network1.Connect string:'nap'

and I have requested ip address by the following command:

systemctl start dhcpcd@bnep0.service

Its works fine and it use the following ip 192.168.44.86 but there is no internet connection ?!?! how I can solve this problem ?

I think your problem is DNS caching.
Try to ping 8.8.8.8 and www.google.com. Both are the same but the latter needs DNS.

I tried to check the internet by ping google.com and pacman -Syu

Could be useful to see your reports, don't you ?
Several times I assumed to be correct, but there was a nasty typo that only others could see it, then corrected me

Is your phone able to go Internet once you're connected via bnep ?
The point is that your connected to the phone but your phone should give access to Internet. So have you enabled bluetooth tethering on your phone ?

The point is that your connected to the phone but your phone should give access to Internet. So have you enabled bluetooth tethering on your phone ?
See here and this whether they're of some help.

Bluetooth tethering is on and there is internet on the phone i tried with wifi and 3g connection too, the phone has internet while bnep0 is connected
and i actually got my commands by reading this article https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Android_tethering

Your report showing no ping with both numerical and literal form. But also there was a CTRL+C, what was the reason you stopped the pinging.
If you expect just few number of ping the use

$ ping -c4 www.google.com

Does this work as your non-root user?  Running your system as root is dangerous and not recommended.  There are programs that are set up intentionally to not run as root due to that process being dangerous to the system.
