Catalyst Drivers: Error after update

I recently did an update, and after rebooting Compiz no longer works, so I took a look at my video driver, and discovered it was not running properly.

I have Read and followed: This guide
I have also tried looking through other posts such as this, with no luck so far.

Installed packages:
catalyst
catalyst-generator
catalyst-hook
catalyst-utils
lib32-catalyst-utils

Initial Configuration: aticonfig --initial

amdpcsdb removed and updated

Module set to load at boot

Radeon Driver is blacklisted

Kernel Mode setting should be disabled

However, I get no output when I run:

$ lsmod | grep fglrx
$ fglrxinfo

fglrxinfo
X Error of failed request:  BadRequest (invalid request code or no such operation)

  Minor opcode of failed request:  66 ()

copmiz (in case this helps)

compiz
compiz (core) - Fatal: glXCreateContext failed
compiz (core) - Error: Failed to manage screen: 0
compiz (core) - Fatal: No manageable screens found on display :0.0

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and just upgraded to Xorg116 from 113 after these problems manifested. So far nothing is working.

What's your hardware? Post the X log.
