Network Connection delay at boot

Hi,
I`m not really sure how to describe my problem in one subject line, so here is whats happening. When I'm starting arch and arriving in X I have to wait for about 10 seconds before I can use my network connection. I'm using NetworkManager and DHCP. On top I configured a bridge for my VMs to have Network Access. I recently tried using a static IP, but the problem remains.
Is there some configuration which lets NM or sme other related service wait, before the interface is activated?

The status of the Services is as following:

NetworkManager-dispatcher.service - inactive
NetworkManager.service - active
NetworkManager-wait-online.service - inactive
