Sorry for the late reply. I forget where I got the urxvt colors, exactly, but it's based on a scheme called "Tomorrow Night Eighties", albeit with a couple colors changed due to some selections not looking good when I used cmus (back before I fully migrated to mpd).
I did find this page, which has both the hex codes for the color scheme as well as what appears to be a matching vim theme (which I'll probably use myself - still learning how to use the editor so I hadn't tinkered with the colors yet).

Not yet, but the dev just started to work on a Qt5 version apparently.

Nice Is that docky on the bottom?

Thanks! No it's not docky, i made it with be.shell.
To get it working you need the latest be.shell (supporting fixed size for icons).
Essentialy the dock is made with a small trick: the visible part is a subpanel (so you don't have to set a fixed size, but it can expand itself according to its content) between two dynamic spacers:
#Main panel, invisible and taking 100% of width
[DockBar]
Applets=stretch,dock,stretch
BlurRadius=0
CastShadow=false
Frozen=True
Id=DockBar
Length=100
Offset=0
Position=1
Screen=-1
Size=68
Struts=true
Visible=true
#Subpanel, this is the one with visible background
[dock]
Applets=tasks,Time,workspace,expose,ksnapshot,trash
Id=dock
Type=Panel
#Taskbar
[tasks]
AlwaysGroup=True
ButtonMode=0
Buttons=FM,Browser,konsole,kate,settings,konversation,gwenview,ksysguard,gimp,inkscape,spotify,smplayer,qtcreator
IconSize=46
OnlyCurrentDesk=False
OnlyMinimized=False
Spacing=8
Type=Taskbar
#Clock
[Time]
APM=true
Digits=true
HintRange=true
Span=-360
Start=80
Type=TimeMeter
#Buttons
[workspace]
DBus=session;org.kde.kglobalaccel;/component/kwin;org.kde.kglobalaccel.Component;invokeShortcut;ShowDesktopGrid
Icon=grid
IconSize=48
Label=Workspaces
Mode=0
ToolTip=Workspaces
Type=Button
[expose]
DBus=session;org.kde.kglobalaccel;/component/kwin;org.kde.kglobalaccel.Component;invokeShortcut;ExposeAll
Icon=folder-move
IconSize=48
Label=Windows
Mode=0
Type=Button
[ksnapshot]
Exec=ksnapshot
Icon=ksnapshot
IconSize=48
Mode=0
Type=Button
All the rest is done by css (the separator and the bouncing effect for clicked buttons)

The current version is Qt4 and based on kdelibs, you can of course use it under a plasma5 session by starting it instead of plasmashell, although it might not work properly (haven't tested this personaly, but a friend is actually using it this way).
The developer started to port be.shell on Qt5 and KF5 recently, should be just a matter of time

Haven't changed too much for this month. Major work in progress but I think it's starting to come along nicely.

Could you share your background. I tried to use tineye to find the original, but what I found appears smaller than the image you have.
Don't you worry about blank. Let me worry about blank
I did do the nasty in the past-y.
