Hello fellow Archers,
as the title already reveals I am trying to set up a tftp server but can't because both the server and socket files for systemd are missing.
Maybe anyone can help me out and post their respective files
or at least bust my stupidity by telling me how to generate them with which contents.
Search both forum wide and google did not help me.

Are you talking about tftp-hpa package? Just reinstall it and you'll get the systemd files back.
BTW I made some improvements to tftp-hpa package to make *.service file working via "systemctl enable", and moved config to /etc https://gist.github.com/anatol/87e4c6b0cf620cc2dae7 that makes tftp configuration easier.
