Avahi services don't work outside localhost

I could use some help debugging an issue with Avahi.

Some weeks ago, my Raspberry Pi/shairport setup stopped working. The shairport service isn't recognized anymore by any computer in the network but the RPi itself.

So I did some debugging and found that no Avahi services are seen by external hosts at all.

• I have 3 hosts in the network: RPi with Arch Linux, Mac, Windows

• no firewall used

• ping/TCP connections work between all hosts

• Avahi between Mac and Windows works well

• avahi-daemon and mdns are running on the RPi

• mdns is set up accordingly to the Arch wiki

• avahi-browse on the RPi doesn't find services outside localhost

• avahi-browse from another host doesn't find any RPi services

• avahi-resolve-host-name <hostname>.local behaves the same way

Any ideas on how I could debug this?
