[SOLVED]Postfixadmin setup.php "config.inc.php is missing!"

Hello,

I'm setting up a mail-server and currently at this step: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Po … stfixAdmin
When I visit domain/postfixadmin/setup.php I receive an error saying "config.inc.php is missing!"

I have followed the advice to add /etc/webapps to the open_basedir line in /etc/php/php.ini and restarted httpd, but issue remains.

Please help

EDIT: I was missing leading slash
