When I open GUI for a longer time eventually the screen will go blank for a second and return back to a fuzzy screen as shown below.Usually I have to restart the computer to get the screen back. There seems to be no problem with CLI in TTY though.
I use Intel Integrated Graphics
My card is Intel Corporation 82945G/GZ Integrated Graphics Controller.

EDIT:Usually the the right click menu and background wallpapers stays OK.Only the windows seems to be affected.I have installed all drivers recommended for Intel Graphics. The WM I use is Openbox.

If you're using sna, switch to uxa - see the wiki.
Anything interesting in the logs or systemd's journal? When did it start happening?

I get the same graphical distortion after updating after everything was fine on 22nd June and i'm also on intel graphics (mobile series 4 chipset - rev 07). Not really seen anything like it before and it happens straight after login for me and makes the desktop unusable, but after geting this in kde and openbox, i then tried gnome on wayland and it is useable, although there is a very occasional minor glitch. I haven't tried switching to uxa yet.
EDIT: I also see some distoration to the text after starting gnome with 'gnome-session --session=gnome-wayland' , but this ends when the desktop appears.
