I can't create WiFi hotspot from NetworkManager. I am creating new network, entering SSID and WEP Password and when I hit apply I see that WiFi icon has animation same as when conneting to new network but it stops after a moment and hotspot is not created. My WiFi card is 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Qualcomm Atheros Killer E220x Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 13) (from lspci)
