I can only watch videos 360p. This happens in 2 different computers, both with Gnome and Firefox (and flash plugin). Since yesterday's update of Firefox and Flash Plugin, anything above 360p is disabled.

I have html5 enabled, and I am getting this problem. After installing h264 I can watch 720p, but 1080p seems disabled. It was working yesterday.

Can you post a link? Not all content is available in 1080p.

So, after some research, in order to be able to watch youtube videos in 1080p you need to have enabled "media source extensions". otherwise the max is 720p (in html5). To enable it you need to go to about:config

Some people said that had to apply other changes http://superuser.com/questions/903676/o … with-html5 , but I'm glad it's working for you. Enjoy the fullHD goodness and please remember to mark the thread as solved https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=130309

So, can anybody tell what is changed? I also have got a problem with Youtube and Firefox after Firefox update (but it is another problem - playing back just stops after few seconds or, sometimes, after a part of second).
"I exist" is the best myth I know..

I suggest you open a separate thread, as it's a different problem.
I sometimes do get this too, but playing resumes on its own or I refresh the webpage.
