I have no internet connection in console mode until a desktop enviroment load. After that internet connection is up even if I logout from X until the next boot. Here is the output of

I'm not, I don't know how this service created/enabled. Anyway, I disabled it and I enabled dhcpcd@enp3s0.service, which solved the problem.
